Clemson. Kendall Joseph. 130. player. 28. . Linebacker

The Raiders got a nice effort from Tahir Whitehead this past weekend, and he has actually been playing a lot better recently. Still, there is a serious lack of depth at the linebacker position in Oakland, and it would make sense for them to utilize two picks to bolster the unit moving forward.

One player who I really like is Kendall Joseph from Clemson, who has the ability to play on the inside, or out. On the Raiders, he could end up being a starting outside linebacker longside Whitehead, but it is his versatility that would make him a very intriguing pick in the fifth round.

Oakland has to get better on defense if they hope to contend in the AFC West, as it is loaded with offensive firepower everywhere you look. Adding guys like Ferrell, Joseph, Baker, Rapp and Wilson through the first five rounds would really bring quality play to all three levels of the defense in 2019 and beyond.
