The Oakland Raiders were outmatched by the Baltimore Ravens in their 34-17 loss on Sunday. Here’s five takeaways from Sunday’s outcome.

The Oakland Raiders were run over (literally) in every sense of the phrase in their ninth loss of the season at the hands of the Baltimore Ravens. Oakland managed to cap off an early drive for the lead over their AFC North opponent, and at one point cut the deficit to just three points, but the Ravens defense and rushing attack sealed a dominant win.

Sunday’s end result again highlighted a few bright spots that unfortunately are too inconsistent through 11 games this season, while most notably shining the spotlight on the weaknesses of this roster and the one consistent game plan for a surefire way to beat the Silver and Black (as if it weren’t easy enough already).

There aren’t many games left on the schedule where fans can circle as a potential add to the win column, and much of the regular season should be left to assess the key pieces to keep for the future and to identify the holes that need to be addressed.

Here’s five takeaways from the Raiders’ 34-17 loss to the Ravens.
