Rushing battle lost

Disclaimer to the other 31 teams in the league: need a sure-fire way to beat these Oakland Raiders? All you need to do is run the ball, run it again, and then run it some more. Chances are this is not a secret, and John Harbaugh knew this going into the second half.

The Ravens out-rushed the Raiders 242-67 on Sunday, which is a testament to how poor this Oakland rush defense is and how ineffective the rushing attack was for the Raiders. Lamar Jackson himself out gained Oakland’s leading rusher 71-51.

The Raiders’ three-headed rushing attack was halted against the Ravens and when the passing attack is missing as well, there’s no way that Oakland can come away with the victory (much less keep the game competitive).
