Oakland Raiders: 11 non-rookies who need to be a part of the rebuild
By Brad Weiss

Jared Cook
Jared Cook led the Raiders in receiving yards last season, and in 2018, he is doing it once more, becoming a favorite target of Derek Carr. The only real pass-catching threat from the tight end position on the roster, Cook has a lot of football left in him, and should be a priority for the team heading into next offseason.
Oakland got rid of Amari Cooper at the trade deadline, leaving Cook as the only real reliable weapon for Carr in the passing attack moving forward. Sure, Jordy Nelson is on the team, but he is a shell of himself, and Cook has done nothing but produce since putting on the Silver and Black.

Cook has been a constant for Carr and this offense all season long, and they would be wise to lock him up for a few more years after the season is over.
