Jalen Richard

Head coach Jon Gruden recently called Jalen Richard the MVP of the team, so you can be sure he is not going anywhere. In fact, Richard is the kind of change the pace back that this team needs moving forward, and has the ability to make an impact in the run, and pass game.

The Raiders running back group could look a lot different next season, as Marshawn Lynch and Doug Martin will both be free agents after the season. In addition, Chris Warren III is going to come off the injured reserve, and actually led the NFL in rushing yards during the preseason.

Richard is not a player who is going to set any records, but he can do a lot of things very well on the offensive side of the ball, and should continue to have a role with this team moving forward.
