The Raiders are need of help all over the secondary, Gareon Conley and Karl Joesph have been playing well down the stretch but everywhere else can be improved. Bryce Callahan has had a breakout season for the Chicago Bears ranking in the top 10 of cornerbacks according to PFF.

With how much teams are running 11 personnel (3 WR, 1 TE & 1 RB) slot corner has become one of the most critical positions in football. The Raiders will likely select another outside corner during the draft, but Callahan brings ability in the slot the Raiders have not had for a while.

Nick Nelson will have the opportunity to play the slot the rest of the way, but he is very young, and still has a long way to go. On Sunday, he lost Chris Conley in coverage for the final dagger of the 40-33 loss.

He also is not a household name so the Raiders may not have to break the bank to get him.
