Denver Broncos at San Francisco 49ers

Just when some people thought the Denver Broncos weren’t a good team, they flip the switch and go on a roll. A three game winning streak to be precise and its thanks to the skill of running back Phillip Lindsay. The undrafted rookie back has been rocking the league with his electric play. Lindsay has been a consistent back all year, which explains why he’s fourth for most rushing yards in the league.

The Broncos, like the Ravens, are a team that relies on running the ball and playing stingy defense. It’s not a sustainable means for success in the long run, but it’ll do quite fine to best the San Francisco 49ers.

The entire 49er team has been plagued by injuries. They’re essentially one giant cast being wheel chaired into games. That defense is going to struggle all day long with Phillip Lindsay running the rock. Luckily for them, they won’t have to deal with a strong receiver group since Emmanuel Sanders tore his Achilles this week.

Quarterback Case Keenum hasn’t been lighting it up like how he was in Minnesota either. However,  even with an average passing attack the Broncos will still be dominate over the 49ers. A win here will put the Broncos in prime position for a wild card spot at 7-6.
