The Oakland Raiders head to Cincinnati looking for their fourth win of the season on Sunday, and here are five realistic expectations for them in Week 15.

The Oakland Raiders came up with one of the bigger upsets of the 2018 NFL season this past weekend, as they beat the Pittsburgh Steelers inside the Oakland Coliseum. The Steelers are headed towards the playoffs this season, and should have easily beaten a two-win Raiders team on the road.

However, this team is playing with passion over the last couple of weeks, and the hope is that those emotions can spill over to next season. Oakland is in a position to really improve this roster over the next  two offseasons, as they have a ton of draft capital, and they have the salary cap space to be real contenders with free agents.

On Sunday, Oakland will face another AFC North foe, as they travel East to take on the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals have lost five straight, and are without Andy Dalton and AJ Green, so there is a real chance the Silver and Black come away with their second road win of the season this weekend.
