194. player. 28. . Wide Receiver. Nebraska. Stanley Morgan

During his time at Nebraska, Stanley Morgan became a pass-catching machine for the Huskers, setting the school’s all-time record for receiving yards. Not big by any means, all Morgan does is go out and perform each game for Nebraska, and after nearly getting to 1,000 yards last season, he eclipsed the mark in 2018.

The Raiders have little depth at wide receiver, and while they could get an elite prospect in N’Keal Harry in the first round, adding another seventh-round wideout makes a lot of sense. They seemed to have done a nice job adding Marcell Ateman in 2018, and Morgan could be one of those small receivers you can put in the slot to get the job done in big spots.

player. 28. . Cornerback. UT-Chattanooga. Kareem Orr. 214

Kareem Orr was once a standout cornerback during his time at Arizona State, earning Freshman All-American honors as a member of the Sun Devils. He transferred out of the program back in 2017, and is currently playing for UT-Chattanooga, where he was named First-Team All-Southern Conference this past year.

Next. Raiders: Good, Bad, and Ugly from Week 15. dark

The Raiders drafted Wisconsin cornerback Nick Nelson in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft, and he has the potential to be a good player at the NFL level. This position group needs depth, and adding two quality corners in the 2019 NFL Draft makes a lot of sense, and getting Orr in round seven would be a nice way to close out the draft for Oakland.
