5 realistic expectations for the Oakland Raiders in Week 16

Raiders win first AFC West game of 2018

The Raiders have not won a single game in the AFC West this season, and they have two chances remaining to put one in the win column. Monday night is their best chance to do so, as they go on the road to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 17 in a game that could have serious playoff implications for the Chiefs.

Oakland has played better football as of late, and the team seems to be rallying around Jon Gruden. Derek Carr is going to try and will this team to a victory in front of the home fans, as he continuously has said how much the City of Oakland means to him, and what those fans inside the Coliseum bring in terms of energy every week.

There is a lot of things that need to happen in order for the Raiders to win Monday night, but you have to believe the Coliseum is going to be rocking. Oakland stunned the football world when they beat the Pittsburgh Steelers at home two weeks ago, and they could have some more of that home cooking against the Broncos on Christmas Eve.
