Jordy goes over 100 yards

The Oakland Raiders went into the 2018 NFL season with the expectation that Amari Cooper and Jordy Nelson would lead the wide receiver group. However, Cooper was traded to the Dallas Cowboys during the trade deadline, and Nelson was pretty pedestrian for most of the early season in his first year in the Silver and Black.

However, Nelson has become a big part of this offense since Week 13, and is coming off one of his best games as a member of the Raiders this past weekend. He has only gone over 100 yards once in 2018, but he will play a big role against the Broncos on Christmas Eve, and could notch his first 100 yard game since Week 3 at Miami.

Nelson is a borderline Hall of Famer, and while his first season with the Raiders has not been great, he does still have the talent to impact a game. Carr is going to lean on both him, and Jared Cook on Monday night, and it could lead to a big game from the 33-year old wideout against a very good Broncos defense.
