Full list of Oakland Raiders set to be free agents in 2019

Restricted Free Agents
Restricted free agents are players that accrued three or fewer seasons of service time in the NFL. If the Raiders tender a qualifying offer, they have the right to match any offer that the free agent accepts from another team. If they do not match, they will receive a draft pick as compensation.
Jalen Richard, RB
Jalen Richard played a major role in the Raiders offense this season, and is a guy I would like to see the team bring back. He can make things happen on the ground, and in the passing attack, and had a decent year overall.
Daryl Worley, CB
Daryl Worley was given a second chance by Jon Gruden prior to the season, and he looked to be a solid fit when he was healthy. Gruden likes him, and there is no reason why he will not be in the cornerback rotation next year.
Erik Harris, S
Another terrific surprise was the play of Erik Harris, who looked every bit the part of a starting safety for the Raiders. He may not be a starter in 2019, but you have to think the team would like to have him back.
