Doug Martin, RB

When Marshawn Lynch was finished for the season, Doug Martin stepped up in a big way, and showed he still has something left in the tank. The Raiders should seriously consider bringing him back for the 2019 season.

Brandon LaFell, WR

Brandon LaFell was finally starting to make an impact for the Raiders when he tore his Achilles in mid-November. Jon Gruden seems to really like him, and due to the fact it is not a career-threatening injury, do not rule out LaFell getting a look this summer.

Frostee Rucker, DT

Frostee Rucker came to the Raiders and became a big-time help for the younger players along the defensive line, and could be leaned on again next season in some capacity for the Silver and Black.

Mike Nugent, K

Mike Nugent was brought in this past summer to help mentor Eddy Pineiro, a solid undrafted rookie free agent from the University of Florida. Nugent ended up being the Raiders kicker in Week 1, but an injury ended his season, and the job now belongs to Daniel Carlson.

Ahtyba Rubin, DT

Ahytba Rubin suffered a season-ending biceps tear this past August, and spent the season on injured reserve. He is a long-shot to be brought back in 2019.

Leon Hall, CB

This should be the end of the road for Leon Hall, whose season ended with a back injury, and is just too old to be a quality player at the NFL level.

Dwayne Harris, WR/ST

Dwayne Harris was one of the MVPs of the 2018 Oakland Raiders, and while he is getting up there in age, he is a valuable piece to bring back. Oakland needs him to be the captain of the special teams unit in 2019, and would be wise to lock him up for two years.

Bene Benwikere, CB

When Leon Hall went down with his back injury, the Raiders signed Bene Benwikere, who had worked his way into a starting role with the Arizona Cardinals. He adds good depth, and could be back on the cheap in 2019.

Kony Ealy, DT

The Raiders signed Kony Ealy twice during the 2018 NFL season, but the likelihood that he will be returning in 2019 is not strong.

Jacquies Smith, LB

When the Raiders released Bruce Irvin during the season, they turned to Jacquies Smith to fill the roster spot, hoping he could re-kindle some of the early success he had in his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Chaz Green, OG

The Raiders brought Chaz Green into the fold when they had some big names go down at the offensive guard position late in the season, and the odds are long that he will be back in the Silver and Black next Fall.

TJ Clemmings, OT

TJ Clemmings played in one game for the Raiders in 2018, and then went on injured reserve with a knee injury. He is likely not to return in 2019.

Jon Feliciano, OL

Jon Feliciano is a guy that the Raiders would be wise to bring back into the fold in 2019, as he has tremendous versatility, and is someone they know they can count on if a starter goes down along the offensive line.

Dexter McDonald, CB

Dexter McDonald spent the entire 2018 season on injured reserve, and the former seventh round pick of the team is likely done with the Raiders.
