Bolster the offensive line

The Raiders trotted out two rookies at the tackle positions for most of the season, as Kolton Miller and Brandon Parker both got significant experience in year one. Unfortunately, Miller battled through injuries for most of the season, and Parker was just not ready to be a starter in the NFL as a rookie.

To make matters worse, the line also had to deal with injuries to their interior, as both Gabe Jackson and Kelechi Osemele had to miss time. The loss of both Osemele and Jackson really hurt the pass protection, and Derek Carr ended up getting sacked at an incredible level this season, which just cannot happen moving forward.

This year, the Raiders have to do something to address the lack of depth up front, and it could include spending another draft pick or two on the offensive line. In addition, they should look to add a body via free agency, as well as try to lock up Jon Feliciano, who can play multiple positions, and is slated to be a free agent this year.
