Quinnen Williams – Defensive Tackle, Alabama

Kyler Murray and Tua Tagovalioa were battling for the Heisman Trophy for most of the season, but the best player in college football was Quinnen Williams of Alabama. For a guy who wasn’t even guaranteed to start this season, Williams exploded onto the scene and was about as dominant as humanly possible. He lived in the backfield racking up 8 sacks and 18 tackles for loss in the SEC, so he consistently went up against the top level of competition in the trenches.

If you want to see pure dominance from the defensive tackle position go watch his game against LSU this season.

Clemson will have their hands full trying to stop Williams because blocking him with one man is just not possible. And double-teaming hasn’t been that much more successful.

He has been projected to the Raiders at #4 in multiple mock drafts, and despite the Raiders having Maurice Hurst and PJ Hall from the previous draft, Williams may be too good to pass up.
