Trayvon Mullen – Cornerback, Clemson

With Clemson’s defense, most of the attention goes to the defensive line and rightfully so, but they’ve got some talented players on the back end too.

Trayvon Mullen has been a name I’m reading more and more about the past few weeks as a player who could be selected in day two of the draft.

He has great length at 6’1 190lbs with long arms that allow him to thrive in press coverage. He is physical as a tackler and is not going to get pushed around at the catch point. The issues with the Mullen is quickness and long speed so him going against speedsters like Jerry Jeudy of Alabama will be a huge test. This game along with his numbers at the combine could really swing his draft stock.
