The Oakland Raiders have a lot of decisions heading into 2019, and here are a couple of suggestions for Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden.

The Oakland Raiders 2018 roster looked a lot different than the one that ended the season in Los Angeles the year before, and even more changes are coming this offseason. The Raiders have 33 pending free agents, a ton of cap space, and six of the first 100 draft picks in the 2019 NFL Draft.

By the time the team hits the field in September for Week 1, they should have a completely different look, and they still do not know where they will play their home games. Recently, the team brought in a new general manager in Mike Mayock, who has no experience in the position, but served as a draft analyst for the NFL Network, and is a former NFL player.

Looking at the current roster, there are some players who must be brought back, while others should be shown the door. We take a look at four players the team should re-sign, four they should let walk, and four that should be cut before next season.

We will start off with a tight end who the Raiders definitely need to bring back.
