Mack Wilson, ILB, Alabama

The Raiders need help at the linebacker position, specifically in the middle, where undrafted rookie Jason Cabinda finished the year as the starter. If he is still available, the Raiders have to take a very serious look at Mack Wilson, who was an absolute stud for the Alabama Crimson Tide, and has an incredible nose for the ball.

Oakland needs to get better on the defensive side of the ball, and getting a player of Wilson’s caliber at No. 24 would be a big win. He has the ability to really impact a game, and has a great mind for the position, which is key in Paul Guenther’s 4-3 scheme.

Tahir Whitehead had a strong finish to the season, and will be one of the starters on the outside once again in 2019. The Raiders have to figure out the middle linebacker spot, and in Wilson, they would have a rookie they could plug into the lineup in year one and watch him make a serious impact.
