35. player. 28. . Wide Receiver. Oklahoma. Marquise Brown

The Oakland Raiders traded away young wide receiver Amari Cooper during the trade deadline in 2018, leaving a big hole at the top of their depth chart at the position. Cooper, while not as consistent as you would like, did make it to two Pro Bowls during his short time with the Raiders, and is still only 24-years old.

As they look to turn the page from Cooper, they would be wise to add an elite prospect at the position during the NFL Draft. Marquise Brown from Oklahoma is a guy who can really take the lid off a defense, and while he is not the biggest wideout in the world, he possesses the kind of skill set that will be able to be defenders at the next level.

Derek Carr had a terrific season statistically in 2018, despite the fact he once again had to utilize Jared Cook as his best weapon in the passing game. Jordy Nelson stepped up late in the year, and will be back in 2019, so it would make sense for the Raiders to bring in a young wideout to learn from him, much like Marcell Ateman got to do last season.
