The Oakland Raiders have had some special players put on the uniform this decade, and here is a dream team offensive starting lineup.

If you, like myself, are a millennial Oakland Raiders fan, you’ve grown up seeing some good Raiders offenses, some bad offenses, and many awful offenses. Still, though they are few and far between, we’ve grown up seeing some pretty talented players throughout the past 15 or so years.

Sure, the Raiders have only one winning season since 2002, a 12-4 mark set back in 2016. That year, the Raiders had all the makings of being a team to make a deep run in the playoffs, as quarterback Derek Carr was playing at an MVP level.

Oakland has a bunch of draft picks, and draft capital as they head into the next decade of Raiders football. There have been some highs and lows since we moved into this decade, and let us take a look at some of the better offensive players we have seen.

With that in mind, I’ve decided to put together a squad composed of the best offensive players I’ve seen in starting lineup form from the past nine years.
