1. Marcus Allen, Super Bowl XVIII

The Raiders took on the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl XVIII, and absolutely dominated, winning the game by the score of 38-9. In the game, the Redskins had no answer for Raiders running back Marcus Allen, who rushed for a then-Super Bowl record 191 on 20 carries, finding the end zone twice.

During the game, Allen reeled off a highlight-reel 74-yard touchdown run, which is one of those plays that stands in NFL history. Not only did he set the Super Bowl record with 191 rushing yards, but the 74-yard touchdown run was also record, as was his 209 total yards. His MVP award was pretty much a no-brainer.
