player. 28. . Edge. Kentucky. Josh Allen. 4

The Oakland Raiders first selection in the 2019 NFL Draft will come early on, as they have the No. 4 overall selection in the first round. While many mock drafts have them picking Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray at No. 4, that is downright ridiculous, as their biggest need needs to be addressed here.

With the No. 4 pick, the Raiders should look to add an edge rusher, and Josh Allen from Kentucky could be available. Allen capped off an incredibly productive final season with the Wildcats by terrorizing the Penn State offensive line in the bowl game, getting to the quarterback three times.

As a team last season, Oakland got to the quarterback only 13 times, led by defensive tackle Maurice Hurst with four. They have to be better on the edge, and after seeing flashes from rookie Arden Key in 2018, adding Allen would give the Silver and Black a nice, young bookend at the position for the foreseeable future.
