The 2019 NFL Scouting Combine will kick off later this month, and here is the complete list of invitee to this year’s event.
The 2019 NFL Draft is only two and half months away, and teams are already digging into all the data as we inch closer to the big weekend. Later this month, the NFL will have their annual scouting combine, bringing together the top prospects in this April’s draft.
During the combine, the prospects will be run through numerous drills, as scouts try to gauge where they stand among their peers. There are always some players who really make a name for themselves over the week’s worth of events, and see their draft stock either skyrocket, or plummet.
The combine is schedule to run from February 26 thru March 4 inside Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Here is the complete list according to NFL.com.
In total, 338 players have been invited to the combine, which is way more than will actually be drafted this upcoming April. The Oakland Raiders have a real opportunity to improve their roster in the coming months, and the next two drafts will be the cornerstone of what this organization does in 2019 and beyond.
All eyes will be on new general manager Mike Mayock throughout the week, as he is usually a draft analyst during this time of year. Mayock will be tasked with hitting the jackpot with the Raiders 2019 NFL Draft, as they hold three first rounders, and six of the first 100 selections in April.
Luckily for the Raiders, this draft class is loaded with talent in a lot of areas of need, which means they should be able to revamp this roster in a positive way this offseason. They won only four games last season, so there is a lot of work to do, but you have to like what you have seen from the combination of Mayock and head coach Jon Gruden so far.
