Marquise Brown, Oklahoma

Marquise Brown from Oklahoma is an absolute blazer, and a guy who would be an interesting fit in this Raiders offense. Though he does not have the kind of size you look for in a legitimate No. 1 option in the passing game, he would be an excellent choice in the slot, where he could really do some damage.

During his time with the Sooners, Brown shredded Big 12 defenses, as two of his quarterbacks, Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray, went on to win the Heisman Trophy. The cousin of Pittsburgh Steelers star, Antonio Brown, Marquise can take over a game in so many ways, and is one of the better route runners in this draft class.

Brown has solid hands, but many scouts are worried about his lack of size. However, you cannot teach the kind of ball skills  that he has, and after racking up over 2,400 receiving yards over the last two seasons, you have to think the Raiders will be targeting him if he is available at pick No. 24 and beyond.
