The Town

Let us be honest, this is not a great time for the City of Oakland. Not only are the Raiders moving away,  but so are the Golden State Warriors, who have been the class of the NBA for the last five seasons, winning three of the last four NBA titles.

Golden State is not moving far, but far enough, as they will head to San Francisco and their brand new Chase Center. The City of Oakland is losing two of their crown jewels, and two of the more iconic franchises in all of sports, as the Warriors were recently valued as the seventh-most valuable franchise in professional sports.

Oakland may get another championship before the Warriors head to San Francisco, as they look to be on a crash course for their fourth ring in five years. The Raiders have a long way to go before they are a Super Bowl contender, but a couple more home games inside the Coliseum would be a nice send-off for the Town.
