Kicker

Daniel Carlson came to the Raiders during the 2018 season and was able to completely shed the nightmare start to his career with the Vikings and shine in Oakland. He hit 94% of his field goals which was a Raiders record and was perfect on extra points.

The front office will almost certainly negotiate with Carlson this offseason to bring him back, and because of that, there will be no need to address kicker in the draft. If the team cannot come to terms with Carlson, they also have undrafted free agent Eddy Pineiro waiting in the wings as well.

The kicker position had stability in Oakland for such a long time, as it seems Sebastian Janikowski was their kicker for 30 years. However, they bounced around between kickers this last season, and once Carlson took over the role, he was an absolute God Send.
