Jalen Ramsey

You can dislike the way Jalen Ramsey talks on or off the field, but no one can deny that he is an elite cover corner. And with the dysfunction going on in Jacksonville because of their disappointing 2018 season, they seem willing to shake things up, so the Raiders could possibly strike gold.

Ramsey would give the Oakland defense an immediate high-level playmaker and allow Paul Guenther to be more creative in other areas of the defense. During his time in Jacksonville, he established himself as a guy who can back up his talk on the field, and the Raiders love players who play with that kind of swagger.

Ramsey is only 24, so he is worth paying a contract down the line and pairing him with Gareon Conley could help form one of the best and young corner duos in the entire league. Those two could be a dominant duo in this AFC West, and be building a block for several years to come.
