During his time at Florida, Vosean Joseph got better every season, and in 2018, he led the Gators in tackles. Joseph, standing at 6-foot-1 and weighing 230 pounds, is one of the better middle linebacker prospects in this draft class, and the Raiders have to target this position group heading into next season.

The Raiders need help at middle linebacker, and Joseph has the ability to step in and be a big-time contributor in year one. It will be interesting to see how he performs at the NFL scouting combine, because some were surprised when he left school early, and he is going to have a chip on his shoulder for sure.

Joseph is a big raw, but he has the physical gifts that could make him a standout player at the NFL level. He is a punishing tackler, can get up to top speed in a hurry, and can make up for misreads by having good quickness to the ball.  The young linebacker will get coached up at the next level, and could be a punishing defender moving forward.
