The Oakland Raiders have a need at the inside linebacker position heading in 2019, and here are five free agents they should target.

The Oakland Raiders have holes to fill on both sides of the ball, and one of them is at the middle linebacker position. The middle man in Paul Guenther’s 4-3 scheme plays such a big role, and it will be crucial to the Raiders to bring in some talent at the position for 2019.

Here are five inside linebackers the Raiders should target this free agency season.

Jordan Hicks (2018 team: Philadelphia Eagles)

Jordan Hicks has played a huge role on the Philadelphia Eagles defense the past few seasons, and when he is healthy, he is one of the more productive linebackers in football. Last season, Hicks played in only 12 games, but still managed to rack up 91 tackles, and had a career-high three sacks.

During the Eagles Super Bowl run in 2017, Hicks had to watch most of it from the sidelines, as an Achilles injury ended his season after a month or so. He would be a nice fit in the middle of this Raiders defense, and will be only 27-years old during the 2019 NFL season, which means he is just entering his prime.
