13. Miami Dolphins Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma

The Dolphins don’t have a quarterback, and without one, they won’t win. They can continue to be average with Brock Osweiler or Ryan Tannehill, or they can draft the quarterback with the most potential in this draft. Kyler Murray is fresh off a Heisman Trophy, and despite his size, has the intangibles to win at any level.

14. Atlanta Falcons Ed Oliver, DT, Houston

The Atlanta Falcons could lose Grady Jarrett to free agency this offseason, they have to make sure they bring in talent in the interior of the defensive line. Ed Oliver was a top-5 pick before a whacky final season at Houston, and a good combine could rocket him up the draft board.

15. Washington Redskins Drew Lock, QB, Missouri

Alex Smith is out for the 2019 NFL season, and there is no saying whether or not he will ever step foot on a football field again. Washington needs their quarterback of the future, and Drew Lock absolutely shredded the SEC during his time at the University of Missouri.

16. Carolina Panthers Montez Sweat, DE, Mississippi State

With Julius Peppers retiring, this makes perfect sense for this team. Montez Sweat is one of the best pass rushers in this class and Sweat sort of reminds people of Peppers. He’s big, fast, and can dominate with physicality.
