17. Cleveland Browns Christian Wilkins, DT, Clemson

During his time at Clemson, Christian Wilkins helped the Tigers to two national titles, and he heads to a team looking to get on the winning track. Cleveland is definitely a team to keep an eye on this coming season, and adding to the defense could lead them to an AFC North title.

18. Minnesota Vikings Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State

The Minnesota Vikings offensive line was atrocious last season, and that is where they should focus their efforts in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Andre Dillard is a guy who has been on a lot of mock drafts as of late, and would be a nice addition to this offensive line moving forward.

19. Tennessee Titans T.J. Hockenson, TE, Iowa

The Tennessee Titans Delanie Walker is 34 years old. Although some will say Jonnu Smith is their future tight end, in 13 games, he had 20 catches. He is nowhere near a true number one. Plug in TJ Hockenson, the tight end with the rare ability to both catch passes and run block at an elite level.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers Deandre Baker, CB, Georgia

The Pittsburgh Steelers need more help in the secondary, and with the first round pick in 2019, they should bring in one of the better cornerbacks in the draft class. Deandre Baker would be a nice fit on the opposite side of the defense for a Steelers team that has been all over the news this offseason for the wrong reasons.
