21. Seattle Seahawks Jachai Polite, OLB/DE, Florida
The Seattle Seahawks came out of nowhere to clinch a playoff spot last season, in what could be Pete Carroll’s best coaching job of his career. Their Legion of Boom defense is not what it used to be, but it stepped up big time in 2018, and adding a solid edge rusher like Jachai Polite makes sense at No. 21.
22. Baltimore Ravens Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma
Lamar Jackson is the future of the Ravens, and since they traded away Joe Flacco, they’ve committed to Jackson for the future. The Ravens have a dominant defense, and now they must give Jackson a dominate wide receiver. Plug in Marquise Brown, the fastest wideout in this draft, and someone who should be a legit deep threat for the Ravens.
23. Houston Texans Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama
The Houston Texans spent a lot of money on Lamar Miller a few years back, and despite him being a Pro Bowler last season, they need help at the running back position. Enter Josh Jacobs, who could be the only running back taken in the first round this April.
24. Oakland Raiders (from CHI) Brian Burns, OLB, Florida State
With pass rusher a need, and selecting Devin White with their first pick, the Raiders will select the best pass rusher on the board here, and Brian Burns has been all over the field the past few seasons. Burns will come into the NFL as one of the more Pro-ready prospects in this draft class, and the Raiders need someone to help right away.
