25. Philadelphia Eagles Byron Murphy, CB, Washington

The Philadelphia Eagles could go a number of different ways with their top pick in 2019, but we like them to continue to bolster their secondary. They have some good young players in their defensive backfield, but it never hurts to add a talent like Byron Murphy.

26. Indianapolis Colts Jerry Tillery, DT, Notre Dame

Heading into the offseason, the Colts are in the best shape of any team in the NFL, after making the playoffs last season, and holding over $100 million in salary cap space. With their first pick this April, they should bolster their defensive line, and Jerry Tillery showed during his time at Notre Dame that he can be downright dominant.

27. Oakland Raiders (from DAL) Deionte Thompson, S,  Alabama

The Oakland Raiders need a safety opposite of Karl Joseph. Three of our four safeties are free agents, and KJ  is in the final season of his contract. Alabama has a knack for creating some of the best safeties in the NFL, and Deionte Thompson will be no different. He is an all-around player and can play many different spots for the Raiders. He can play the single high/low look and line up at strong safety, and he can also play in the slot over tight ends and running backs. He is very versatile, and the Raiders need a safety.

28. Los Angeles Chargers Devin Bush, ILB, Michigan

The Los Angeles Chargers are a team that should be back in the mix for supremacy in the AFC in 2019, and have a few holes to fill this offseason. They need a strong presence at linebacker, and Devin Bush is a guy who can play sideline to sideline, and come up and make the big hits.
