The Oakland Raiders head coach took to the podium on Thursday, as Jon Gruden got his chance to answer questions at the NFL Combine.

New Oakland Raiders general manager Mike Mayock was the first man on the podium on Wednesday, as he kicked off the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine. On Friday, it was Raiders head coach Jon Gruden’s chance to answer questions, and he did so in true Gruden form.

Gruden was asked a ton of questions by the media, as the Raiders enter this draft season as the team to watch in the NFL. They are the only franchise currently holding three first round draft picks, and incredibly, they will select five times in the first 66 picks.

That is a ton of draft capital, and with over $70 million in cap space, and 33 pending free agents, Mayock and Gruden certainly have their work cut out for them. This is going to be one of the more interesting offseasons in team history, so strap in and enjoy the ride.

Here is what we learned from Gruden on Thursday.
