Day 3 of the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine spotlights the DL and LBs of this year’s rookie class. Here are the prospects of each position group to keep an eye on for the Oakland Raiders.

After seeing much of the offensive prospects hit the field, Day 3 of the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine spotlights the defensive talent. Defensive lineman and linebackers will be at the forefront of Sunday’s on-field workouts, and that gives plenty of reason for Oakland Raiders fans to keep their eyes glued to the television.

The Raiders have holes to fill on both sides of the football, but the defense will likely (and should) be a point of emphasis for Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock come draft night. After the trade of Khalil Mack, Oakland is desperate for some help in the form of a pass rusher. Simultaneously, the linebacker position has been a weakness for as long as one can remember, though that can change on draft night.

The Raiders are in need of young defensive talent that can pair well with veteran free agent signings if done right, so Oakland has a prime opportunity ahead of them (with three picks in the first round alone).

Here are five prospects to keep an eye on at each position group at the Combine on Sunday.
