The Oakland Raiders have a lot of work to do in terms of free agency this offseason, and here are a few player who should stay, and who should go.

With a 4-12 record under Jon Gruden in his first season back as head coach of the Oakland Raiders, the team has a lot of work to do in term of rebuilding the roster this offseason. Currently, Oakland has 33 players entering free agency, so this roster should look a lot different in 2019.

In 2018, the Raiders got off to an ominous start, as they traded away Khalil Mack to Chicago. That led to a downward spiral that not many in Raider Nation expected, but brighter times are ahead.

Not only do the Raiders have a on of pending free agents, but they have good cap space, and the most draft capital of any team in football. The new league year will kick off next week, so it will be interesting to see what the team does with their current free agents.

Here are a handful of players on the current roster who are entering free agency, and what the Raiders should do with them this offseason.
