13. Miami Dolphins Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State

The Dolphins don’t have a quarterback, and without one, they won’t win. Last time I had Murray falling, but after his combine, and watching more of his film, it’s apparent he is the best quarterback in this draft. The Dolphins have a choice, they can continue to be average with Brock Osweiler or Ryan Tannehill, or they can draft the quarterback who had tremendous success in college. Dwayne Haskins should be a day one starter.

14. Atlanta Falcons Rashan Gary, DE, Michigan

Todd McShay has Christian Wilkins going to the Falcons here in his latest mock, however, the Falcons have franchised Grady Jarrett, and no longer have a need in the middle of the defense. Vic Beasley Jr is about the only other good defensive linemen this team has. Fill in Rashan Gary, the guy can play and will excel in the right system.

15. Washington Redskins A.J. Brown, WR, Ole Miss

Alex Smith is out for the 2019 NFL season, so the Redskins went out and got Case Keenum, now they must go out and get him a wide receiver. With Jamison Crowder signing with the Jets, A.J. Brown is the guy the Redskins should get. He is an outstanding player, and some say is even better than D.K. Metcalf.

16. Carolina Panthers T.J. Hockenson, TE, Iowa

Greg Olsen is 35 -years old, and will probably retire in the next few seasons. The Panthers drafted a wide receiver in the first round last year, and they should get Cam Newton, the Panthers franchise quarterback, a franchise tight end this April. T.J. Hockenson is a deadly run blocker and can help this team get back to its roots.

17. New York Giants Cody Ford, OT, Oklahoma

The New York Giants suddenly have two first round picks, as they traded away Odell Beckham Jr. on Tuesday night. With the No. 17 overall pick, they may want to continue to add to their offensive line, and Cody Ford from Oklahoma is a guy who can provide depth at a number of positions up front.

18. Minnesota Vikings Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State

It’s time for this defense to get back to its 2017 form. The Vikings defensive play slipped a little bit last year. With Sheldon Richardson signing with the Browns, the Vikings can select the second best defensive linemen here to replace him. Although coming off an ACL injury, defensive linemen can recover from this injury and still perform. Jeffery Simmons is a big physical defensive tackle.

19. Tennessee Titans Garrett Bradbury, C, NC State

Regarded as the best interior offensive linemen in the draft, Garrett Bradbury will be able to step up and start right away. Ben Jones, the current center for the Titans, has played offensive guard in the past. He should not have any trouble doing it again. If the Titans want to build on the late-season emergence of Derek Henry, they should build that offensive line by selecting Bradbury.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers Tre Lamar, LB, Clemson

The Pittsburgh Steelers just traded Antonio Brown, and although some might say they should take a wide receiver to replace him, they are more than capable with there current wide receivers. JuJu Smith-Schuster is one of the best young wide receivers. The Steelers also invested a second-round pick last year on Oklahoma St. wide receiver James Washington last April.

What the Pittsburgh Steelers should do instead is build the defense. They haven’t been the same defense in the middle since Ryan Shazier’s injury. The second-best inside linebacker in this class is Tre Lamar from Clemson. The young linebacker might be the smartest linebacker in this class, and the way he tracks the ball is something I’ve never seen before. He doesn’t get nearly as much attention as Mack Wilson or Devin Bush, but he should. He will be a nice addition to this team.
