The Oakland Raiders have been very busy so far during the offseason, and here is our latest 2019 NFL mock draft after the first wave of free agency.

The Oakland Raiders have been shuffling draft picks over the past couple of days, but have managed to hang on to their first four. Those picks will come within the first 35 selections in the 2019 NFL Draft, giving the Silver and Black and incredible amount of draft capital.

Already this offseason, the Raiders have bolstered their roster, bringing in some elite talent at wide receiver, and the top offensive tackle available. They also strengthened their secondary by signing Lamarcus Joyner, who could be used as both a free safety, and slot corner this season.

With three picks in the first round, all eyes will be on Oakland, and whether or not they stay put with picks No. 4, 24, and 27. Our latest mock draft is based on them staying where they are in terms of their draft picks, as they look to continue to rebuild this roster after a four-win season a year ago.

We kick things off with pick No. 4 in the first round.
