Pass rushing is a huge need for the Raiders, and although most people believe they will draft one with the No. 4 pick, the Raiders should look to bring in at least two pass rushers heading into next season. Sure we can select a rookie, but we should sign Justin Houston to be the veteran pass rusher who can show the young kids how it’s done.

Houston has been one of the top pass rushers throughout his career, and last season, he was ranked as the number 1 pass rusher in the weeks he played, by Pro Football Focus. Although he is 30 years old, unlike running backs and linebackers, pass rushers age well in the NFL.

The last time Jon Gruden was the head coach, he relished taking talent from the Kansas City Chiefs, and adding Houston would accomplish two things, robbing the Chiefs, and improving the team’s biggest weakness.
