Ezekiel Ansah, DE

The Raiders need a lot of help on defense, so of course, we include the second-best option at the edge rusher position. Ezekiel Ansah hasn’t really lived up to his drafted value when he was picked with the 5th overall pick in 2013.

However, he has had two pretty good seasons. In 2015 he put up 14.5 sacks, and in 2017 he put up 12. Although I wouldn’t offer him a long term deal, he might be a candidate for a one year prove it type of deal, bringing some extra stability to the edge for the Raiders.

Oakland made some nice moves to improve the offense over the past week, and really only have to add a starting guard, as well as a tight end to replace Jared Cook. These four players who be a welcome addition to Paul Guenther’s defense next season, and after adding so many good offensive players, the defensive coordinator has to be in Gruden’s ears to get him some talent for the other side of the ball.
