2019 Oakland Raiders offseason: Player movement tracker

Free Agency: Who’s Out
Jordy Nelson, WR
Jordy Nelson was released by the Raiders in March, after the team traded for Antonio Brown and added Tyrell Williams via free agency. He has yet to find a new team.
A.J. McCarron, QB
The Raiders parted ways with their backup quarterback earlier this month, leaving Nathan Peterman as the new No. 2. McCarron signed with the Houston Texans on March 19, becoming the backup to Texans star quarterback Deshaun Watson. That is a nice landing spot for him.
Donald Penn, OT
Donald Penn saw his five-year run with the Raiders end on March 16, as the two sides decided it was best to part ways. Oakland brought in Trent Brown this past month, and drafted two offensive tackles in 2018, so Penn, despite his leadership abilities, was seen as the odd man out.
Rashaan Melvin, CB
Last offseason, Rashaan Melvin came to the Silver and Black after a standout season with the Indianapolis Colts on a one-year deal. Unfortunately, the relationship between him and Jon Gruden just did not work, and he latched on with the Detroit Lions on another one-year deal on March 22.
Jared Cook, TE
The Raiders most valuable pass-catcher the last two season, Jared Cook was signed by the New Orleans Saints in free agency on March 26. Cook signed a two-year deal to play in the Bayou, and will be joining a Saints team that should challenge for the NFC title in 2019.
