With a week left until the 2019 NFL Draft, the NFL has released the regular season schedule for 2019, and here is what it looks like for the Oakland Raiders.
The Oakland Raiders will kick off their 2019 NFL season on Monday Night Football, as they welcome AFC West rival Denver to the Oakland Coliseum. In fact, the team will take on an AFC West opponent in each of their first two weeks at home, as they welcome in the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2.
Starting in Week 3, the Raiders will be away from the Coliseum for six straight weeks, as their only home game in that span will be played in London. That will be a punishing stretch for the Raiders, who will have to take on teams that are all favorites to make it to the playoffs next season.
First-year general manager Mike Mayock has done a nice job bringing in talent this offseason, including trading for the best wide receiver in football in Antonio Brown. In addition, Mayock completely revamped the position group, adding both Tyrell Williams and J.J. Nelson as well.
With these kinds of weapons, you can be sure franchise quarterback Derek Carr is in for a solid season in year two in Jon Gruden’s offense.
Here is the Raiders 2019 NFL regular season schedule.
Week 1: vs. Denver 7:20pm (MNF)
Week 2: vs. Kansas City 1:05pm

As you can see above, the Raiders will open with two home games in a row, and close with two road games in a row. Based on their opponents records from last season, the Raiders have the hardest schedule in football this season, but none of that matters when you consider how different teams can be from week to week in the NFL.
This is certain to be an exciting season for the Raiders, who have done a tremendous job fixing most of the holes on their roster already this offseason. There is still the NFL Draft left to complete, and the Raiders have the most draft capital of any team in the NFL, holding four of the first 35 picks in 2019.
