Round 1 of the 2019 NFL Draft is in the books, and it was an exciting one for the Oakland Raiders. Now, let us move our attention to Day 2.

The 2019 NFL Draft kicked off last night from Nashville, Tennessee, and the Oakland Raiders were front and enter. New general manager Mike Mayock navigated the first round like a veteran, adding three quality starters to the roster, though some feel he reached with the No. 4 overall pick.

With that pick, Oakland added Clemson defensive end Clelin Ferrell, who not many people had a top-5 grade on. Still, he is a high character guy, was a two-time national champion at Clemson, and is a perfect fit for Paul Guenther’s 4-3 scheme.

Later in round one, the Raiders added the best players at their position group, bringing in Alabama’s Josh Jacobs at No. 24, and Johnathan Abram at No. 27. Jacobs is a punishing running back for Alabama, while Abram is a hard-hitting safety from Mississippi State.

We now turn our attention to Day 2, where the Raiders have only one pick. Here is how you can catch all of the action on TV, and online.

Date: Friday, April 26, 2019
Start Time: 7 p.m. EDT, 4 p.m. PT

Oakland hold the No. 35 overall pick in round two, which means that they will have the third pick on Day 2. There is still a lot of work to do in  terms of this roster, so it will be interesting to see what the team does with this ever so important top pick in the second round.

Heading into Friday, the Raiders hold only one pick on Day 2, so it will be interesting to see if Mayock moves some pieces around to get some more draft capital. There are some veterans who could be on the move today, but if the Raiders do only stay with one pick, it is going to be a quick day for Raider Nation.
