With their final pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, No. 230 overall, the Oakland Raiders selected Quinton Bell, a defensive end out of Prairie View.

The Oakland Raiders picked for the ninth time at No. 230 overall in the seventh round, bringing in Quinton Bell from Prairie View. It has been a whirlwind couple of days for the Raiders, who held three picks in the first round, and decided to stay put, bringing in starters with all three selections.

Clelin Ferrell kicked things off at No. 4, and he could develop into the kind of edge rusher this team so sorely needed in 2018. Later in round one, head coach Jon Gruden got his feature back, bringing in Josh Jacobs, who was the only player in his position group with a first round grade.

At No. 27, Oakland went out and got the best safety in this draft class, selecting hard-hitting Johnathan Abram from Mississippi State. After adding Trayvon Mullen on Day 2, selecting the Clemson cornerback at No. 40 overall, general manager Mike Mayock got to work on Saturday.

Oakland moved up and down the draft on Day 3, bringing in an edge rusher early in Maxx Crosby. From there, the team added cornerback Isaiah Johnson, tight end Foster Moreau, and wide receiver Hunter Renfrow. With the Renfrow pick, the Raiders now have three former members of the Clemson Tigers in this draft class.

Adding Bell to the mix at No. 230 means the Raiders used a third of their draft capital on the defensive end position, which makes a lot of sense. There was a bunch of talent still remaining after the pick, so expect Mayock and Gruden to be active bringing in UDFAs.

With this selection, the Raiders 2019 NFL Draft is officially finished, and they have to be happy with the haul they got. This organization brought in quality football players who love the game, and that is exactly the kind of people Gruden and Mayock wanted to bring in.
