Round 4, Pick No. 106: Maxx Crosby, Edge, Eastern Michigan

It’s no secret that the Oakland Raiders needed to draft multiple defensive ends or any pass rushing caliber players to aid the scarce group. It is a bit of a shock though, that they didn’t grab another edge player until round four.

However, that is how the chips fell, and Maxx Crosby was taken 106th overall out of Eastern Michigan. Crosby is a nice selection that will need some molding, specifically in the strength department.

Just watching some of his plays, Crosby can finesse his way around offensive tackles, but won’t necessarily blow them up. That can easily be fixed after a couple of offseasons. The guy looks quick and gets off the ball fast.

Offensive lineman better come correct when it comes to this guy or they are going to whiff harder than Charlie Brown kicking field goals.
