With the 2019 NFL Draft in  the rearview, we take a look at the Oakland Raiders roster as it stands, and what the 53-man roster could look like next Fall.

The 2019 NFL Draft was a fruitful one of the Oakland Raiders, who have been getting rave reviews for their haul all over the media landscape. In fact, ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. took it one step further, announcing that he felt that with all the new talent the Raiders have brought in this offseason, they are the favorite to win the AFC West.

While we at Raider Nation appreciate his support, there is still a long way to go, but you have to like the depth of this roster heading into the summer. There should be incredible position battles at nearly every spot on the roster, except quarterback, where Derek Carr is the clear starter for the Silver and Black.

With the draft in the rearview mirror, and the undrafted free agents signed, the Raiders will now start the arduous task of cutting this roster down the league minimum by Week 1. There will be a lot of work to do for Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden as they shape this roster, but they are in much better shape then they were a year ago.

Here is our first stab at a potential 53-man roster with what the Raiders currently have on their roster.
