Daryl Worley

Daryl Worley as an All-Big 12 player during his time at West Virginia, where he played in the same defensive backfield as Karl Joseph. After two years in Carolina, Worley was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in March of 2018, but after an arrest, he was released by the Eagles a month later.

The Raiders did not hesitate to pick him up, signing Worley only eight days after his release. He had to sit out the first four games of the 2018 NFL season due to violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse and the Personal Conduct Policy, but when he came back, he showed he can be a valuable member of this secondary.

Only 24-years old, Worley has a ton of good football left in him, and he is going to push for a spot in the starting lineup in 2019. He returned to the Raiders after they placed a second round restricted tender on him this past March, and if he continues to develop as a player, he could become one of the better cornerbacks in the division.
