4. Josh Jacobs

During his time at Alabama, running back Josh Jacobs proved himself to be the kind of back that can do anything within an offense. Whether he is toting the rock, or making plays in the passing game, Jacobs is that three-down back that Jon Gruden has been waiting for.

In terms of fantasy value, Jacobs could be a solid matchup on nearly a weekly basis, based on the fact that he can do so many things with a football in his hands. You know that Gruden is going to do his best to get this guy involved with at least 20 touches a game, even early on in 2019, which could lead to a ton of fantasy football points.

The only issue we see with Jacobs in terms of fantasy football is the fact that there are other options in the Raiders running back room. Jalen Richard proved himself to be a solid pass-catching running back in 2018, and you know that in goal line situations, Gruden may opt for a stronger back like Doug Martin, or even Chris Warren III if he makes the team.
