Defensive Tackle

Defensive tackle is probably the deepest position on the team with both veteran and young players. Maurice Hurst has the highest upside of the group and was one of the better players on the team in his 2018 rookie season. He led the Raiders with 4 sacks will look to build off that and emerge as a young star in 2019.

Fellow 2nd-year player P.J. Hall didn’t have the same amount of success last year, but the raw athleticism still gives him a chance to be an impact player.

Veterans Justin Ellis and Johnathan Hankins provide run stuffing ability to complement to the younger undersized pass rushers so overall this group has a bit of everything. Eddie Vanderdoes is the wildcard as he hasn’t played since 2017, but there were some flashes his rookie year, and he is fighting to stay on the roster.
