If the Oakland Raiders are going to take the big leap this year, it’s going to require some massive performances from key players and coaches.

Freedom lies in being bold, and the Oakland Raiders were certainly freewheeling this offseason as they made big and bold changes to the roster.

Whether it was the Antonio Brown trade, the multitude of free agent signings or multiple first-round picks, Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock had their plan and now time will tell how successful it was.

With this being the last season in Oakland the hope is that the Raiders can give the bay area fans a great season to remember. However, if that is going to happen, it will require many players stepping up and taking their play to the next level.

The odds are undoubtedly stacked against Oakland as their schedule is grueling, and most over/unders have the Raiders at around 6 wins. But with so many moves in the right direction up to this point, nothing is going to diminish the hopes of the Raider Nation.

So with that being said, here are some bold predictions that will make this final season in Oakland worthwhile.
